Why is ? …that’s a good question. The Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha was spotted roasting corn with a baby in his arm by the roadside in his state. He was probably showing that he’s a man of the people quite literally, and was photographed multitasking with a camera crew and his security aides standing guard.
