this man above was caught stealing laborers money and phones at a site where they were working at futa south gate, the students living around there have experience series of theft in past times, ranging from stealing of lap tops phones etc
as people pass by and saw the incident, they were so grieved to have there portion of their beaten, even if it were just a blow...
