Oliseh Lands FIFA’s Job

World football governing body FIFA has appointed former Super Eagles Captain, Sunday Oliseh into its technical study group.
The former Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund midfielder joins the President of the Zambian football association Kalusha Bwalya in the team made up of high profile technocrats.
Their main task is to analyse each and every match, pinpointing technical excellence and recording the latest advances and developments in the game.
“I am flattered to be a part of this football family and I believe that this is a blessed period not only for me personally but for my beloved Nation, Nigeria!” Oliseh said in his reaction.
Oliseh holds a UEFA pro licence in coaching and made more than 60 appearances for Nigeria between 1993 and 2002 including winning the 1994 African Nations Cup and the Atlanta 1996 Olympic gold.
