However, it's the footwear that's our favorite part of this outfit because the sandals are a little ode to her boyfriend and father of her unborn baby Kanye West. The wing-covered heels are part of the collection Giuseppe Zanotti designed for West's show last year-the white pair she's wearing are from last season, but this spring they're available in a black and gold version, shown here.
